How can Porygon2 (opponent) hit me first when I paralyzed him? He was able to attack first 3 times in a row, wtf? The guy doesn't have Prankster or anything so how on earth is this possible? I have no clue.

no porygon2 is slow and paralysis actually cuts speed to 25% so there must have been something else. It could have done something like traced prankster or you were using negative priority moves. Can you post the battle or describe the turns/moves that were being used?
