There is now some form or way to devolve Pokemon. After devolution, the Pokemon retains moves from the before devolution. For example, a Trapinch will retain Boomburst from its time as a Vibrava. An Eevee will retain Thunderbolt from its time as a Jolteon and it can evolve into something like an Umbreon while retaining that move.
Now - how will this change things? Apart from Flareon being useful, what could happen?
