You can’t just arrive and have 4 Arceus and 2 Hoopa – Unbound. Legendaries are allowed sometimes, as long you aren’t a fag about it, however, you can’t have things there’s only one of. i.e. You can have a Moltres, but you can’t get near, say, Giratina or Kyogre.
