You can’t just arrive and have 4 Arceus and 2 Hoopa – Unbound. Legendaries are allowed sometimes, as long you aren’t a fag about it, however, you can’t have things there’s only one off. i.e. You can have a Moltres, but you can’t get near, say, Giratina or Kyogre.
Also, blue board. No lewdposting, so no poképhilia, explicit sexual test or hand holding will be allowed.
This is the OC stuff nobody really uses. Join the IRC if you want, but it’s mostly dead.
