real talk here, the only flaw from gen V as that most of the mons were atrocious or weer gen 1 clones, which were atrocious too

yeah, it was perfect. it was easy to get new party members to catch up but at the same time it isn't a broken mess like gen 6 where it severely overlevels your entire party.

No, the real flaw with Gen V was Unova itself. It was too fucking small and lacked things to do aside from PWT only in the second games. Everything was just right.

I liked Unova. In BW it was okay but a little empty, but in BW2 it was pretty great I think. And in both cases it had a lot of character - interesting location designs, distinctive towns, a unique atmosphere... overall I think it's probably my favorite region.

Not sure about Nate but back before the release of BW a lot of people thought Hilbert was a girl based on screenshots of his sprite and thought there were two female characters
