There's a reason Alakazam/Megazam are somewhat balanced because they can't take a hit. Retard speed and ridiculous Sp Atk make it good enough. And anyone who says it has a lack of a move pool is retarded.
Water type should become weak to poison. No other changes. Swampert doesn't deserve Drizzle, it isn't shitty enough to get a buff like that.
