When you pick six of them, you wouldn't just pick them at random. You have to give a reason why you should pick your mon if it is viable on your team or not.
If they have no benefits and sit their asses on the benchmark, fuck them right off far away from you.
Also, your team exists because they cover each of their weaknesses. For example, two of your mons are weak to ground, so bringing a flying or levitating mon is reasonable.
Another example is that one of your pokemon is quad weak to fire, or burn crippled. Bring a flash fire mon on your team to make your prediction to use for your advantage.
