She came across as a self-centered, destructive, crazed sociopath who tried to destroy the world to wake up Fug, then robbed people with no explanation, then pulled BS out of her ass to justify ruining the one hope people had of not being killed. She apparently attacks and knocks out the player character for literally no reason at all, and then it turns out that little miss lore master doesn't understand a damn thing and that her plan would have absolutely failed. The player character manages to save the day by complete chance.
Also, the cape doesn't really mesh well with the rest of the design. It needed symbols or more decorum to emphasize the ancient legacy of her people that she took up, or the rest of her clothes needed to complement it better. As it stands, the cape is too plan and her outfit is too modern. Add in the fact that she acts like a wannabe sage yet hunches like a monkey and looks like a crazy person in Pokemon battles and you have a complete mess of a character.
