There's so many designs from Gen5 that I like, but somehow these 3 always make it on my team.
Only bad design from gen5 was Keldeo imo.

Krookodile will serve you well. Emboar's a pretty meh starter, and I don't remember having much use for Gigalith. But roll with what you like!

Really liked only being able to pick new mons, even though there's a lot of carbon copies.

One of my favourite first playthrough teams. They were all fun to use, all pulled their weight.
Sigilyph was the first mon I ever axtually trained to level 100 outside of R/B

First gen that I legitimately disliked my starter. Gen 6 did help to improve my opinions of Serperior so there's that.
