vgc2016 is gonna flop, it was bearable in 2010 or so when the only ridiculous thing was Kyogre and even then it had a ton of counterplay

You never tried to soft-reset a legendary, did you?
This takes about an hour, tops. If you want a 6*31IV Mewtwo, then yes, you'll sit there for ages. But usually you just wanna go for 31 in HP, Attack/Special-Attack, Speed. The defensive Stats as high as possible, but no one gives a fuck if your Def/SpD is just 25 or 31, as long as it's reasonably high.

casual detected. It should always be highest stats. even when it's seemingly negligible. This is why no one gets their pokemon legitimately and every pro player hacks.
