In a baton pass team, would a smeargle do well with silk scarf, max str and this moveset: baton pass, fake out, extremespeed and explosion

Well the idea was to maximize atk (not str) and then fake out, extremespeed, baton pass, and explosion for a last effort to try and bring something down

No, that's terrible. Smeargle's best use is to add Ingrain to your Baton Pass chains. Makes your guys bulkier and now they can't be phased with Roar or Dragon Tail or whatever.
