If you're using Sylveon, you should be using it because Specs Hyper Voice hits hard and doesn't require a Mega slot. Destroying hypothetical sub users is just an occasional bonus.

Sylveon is for teams that already have another Mega and can't use Mega Gardevoir.

In all other roles, it's outclassed by other Fairies, and its one niche isn't enough to justify it staying in OU.
