In what fucking universe would it not just die to everything in existence right now?

A bird who can travel at 120 base power per hour is flying around OU with +1 priority, while tough claws Weavile still has a hard time even getting through Mega Sableye.

Weavile is one of the best Pokemon in OU WITHOUT Tough Claws. Yes Talonflame exists but it doesn't make Weavile not good. You wouldn't want to take a Tough Claws boosted STAB Knock Off or Ice Punch to the face from a Pokemon with 120 attack. With its speed and access to Fake Out it would be even more annoying.

To be fair, you should ALWAYS assume every stone edge or HJK will hit when playing against an opponent using them and praying for a timely miss should never be your main method of taking them.
