That was actually a Mod undercover. He is really annoying and known throughout Showdown & Smogon. He does boast about his ELO all the time and most times if you do not 'lose' he will boot you, lock you, or suspend you for that turn. He's a Global Staff @.

We've brought it to the attention of Zarel and other @'s but they all do it, truthfully. Many just go undercover and kick you off tbqh family.

Zarel took the server down, removed her adminship after his personal info leaked + a vid that was shared on skype and the next thing you know Zarel's Mom's facebook + the it's facebook was swarmed with clips of Zarel choking on dick and was given to it's Mom & Dad.

Lulz were had for the most part and it was swept under the rug with Zarel locking anyone who talked about it and removed a lot of Admins/Staff who were in on the whole shebang but I was moving to a new simulator anyway that got launched a year ago anyway. I didn't give one fuck. So that's pretty much the tl;dr version.

Showdown is cancer because of significantly more negative factors, such as "LET ME WIN", popularity contests, Hitler mods, unnecessary drama, and an even more concentrated amount of rage.

/vp/ kind of stays in one place, but Showdown spreads everywhere. We're a benign tumor compared to the Stage 4 Lymphoma that is Showdown.

Do you by "Showdown" mean just the battle simulator, or some bigger community behind it? Because I never had a problem with either of those things except maybe Hitler mods but hey, that's what you get for trying to make people play Ctrl + W.

Made it to Top 3 before. The trick is to cover as many high usage Pokemon as possible, and play tactically through the rest. My two best teams each have a couple mons that can solo them, but I try to keep them out of the battle or bluff things to scare them back out as long as possible. Also, ALWAYS carry something that can break stall. Lastly, carry a bunch of 'bait-and-switch' mons like Fire Blast M-Slowbro or Pursuit M-Metagross, because surprise kills quickly change the course of the game.

Nah senpai, they have this command called forcewin now. I can't imagine why they wouldn't use that, more direct.
