You can employ the 'switch-trap-loop', which let's you pivot out with a slow baton pass to dugtrio, thus absorbing the 'hit'.
Dugtrio prevents your opponent from switching. From this point on you can hard-switch back to shedinja and repeat the process.
Your opponent HAS to switch or he'll be PP stalled.
This gives you an edge over your advesary. These mindgames resulted in clean 6-0 victories for me.
The Shedinja I rock on my cartridge has a jolly nature with the standard 252/252 spread.
