I might sound like a broken record, but why does this exist? Who thought this was a good idea? Gen 5 may be my favorite in terms of Pokedex designs, but some things I just won't defend.

You know the drill. Pokemon is selected at random daily, you get in this topic, you draw a Palpitoad in MS Paint (or similar program), and post results.
