Would you believe me if I told you 2016 will bring us a Water/Dragon Suicune Mega?

I don't think you would, as it seems an odd choice given it's a Johto legendary and a add-dragon/fairy/steel-to-every-mega cliche, but yes, GF is that retarded and Suicune is clearly one of their favorites. I'm not sure it benefits the added typing, bulky mono water is excellent.

It will be fucking bulky as hell, like +30 to each defense. Don't know about the ability though.
