Considering its choice scarfed use if you want to use it for that and volt switch it would maybe stay in ou but not as high as it is now. I'd see it drop to UU at worst case with only two weaknesses and its resists.

Right to poobell NU/PU, with 4x weakness to ground plus rocks and a water weakness it wouldn't last a day in higher leagues.

Would drop to NU or worse PU since it loseva immunity it needs out of all its weaknesses, grass resists ground but electric will make that asset a loss.

But in all seriousness it might not even drop from NU unless the other forms move to NU, then I'd go to PU purely out of usage just like how it works for their system.
I'll think of ability's they could give them in return but I'll try to think as realistically as I can based on the forms object.
