What am I even doing anymore? What's the point of looking for legendaries or any of that junk? Right now I'm trying to fill up my dex, but what's the point? What am I supposed to even do postgame?

You do the same thing in all other post-game pokemon games: Catch em all or stomp the remainder of evil team. There's also that Battle mansion bullshit to go through as well.

There's a plethora of people as frustrated as you are. Either put up a nice mon and ask for something reasonable or shitty in return like an early-router or scripted gift, or talk to people online.

You can also get a lot of trading done at public events like anime and vidya conventions and Pokemon tournaments.
