Lower Psybeam to 60 and give it either Draining Kiss or a new 60 power Special Fairy move and it would be an amazing Special Technician Sweeper.

Hell, give it more Special 60 BP moves.

Mr. Mime got one of the biggest buffs of all - Hidden Power being nerfed to 60 BP at perfect IVs. It essentially gets Ice Beam without actually needing Ice beam.

The only issue is that HP Fairy doesnt exist

Could definitely be a lot stronger but it's pretty good given that its primary role is to sponge shit like

this kind of shit. Still not the best at that though

You know what I would give it?
Ability like it had on card. Attack has no effect if the power is stronger than 70 power.

Yes, though I think Denissss eventually dropped Mr. Mime due to the lack of Perish Songers and because Ingrain stops Roar.
