They show up after the 1st one 20mins then 40mins depending on who it is after that the rest legendarys are on timers(lake trio)& random islands just sore around itll take time but you should get the bulk of them

You literally cannot trade Mew into FRLG. The Dex is weird in that game. The Kanto Dex only goes up to 150 and the National Dex starts at 152 so if you try to trade Mew it won't work.

Well that slightly relieves the stress but I still need a kyogre and I don't know anyone who has one. Since I don't trust anyone on GTS to trade back my exact groudon for 1:1 I don't know what I'm gonna do about that. I'm not going to cheat it in, fuck that.

The dex only registers the last number that you caught, so obviously the number only goes till 150 (Mewtwo), because the National dex is something separated in these games.

Just deposit a popular pokémon in the GTS and wait for a few hours or a day. I got many legendaries that way.

My main tactic was trading Gallades, I just had to caught Kirlias in a Safari Zone (Y), and play the specific Super Training that could drop Dawn Stones. You can see here: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Super_Training
In 3~7 tries generally I could get a stone, but if I really wanted to get a certain legendary/trade evolution/rare monster, I would get 2 stones, the first one I would use to evolve Kirlia, and the second one I would make the Gallade hold, so this would make the trade be even more faster.

You just need to learn how GTS my friend, it's the best way to fill the dex nowdays without having all the games.

Ask him to lend you the game and steamroll through it until getting to Kyogre then trade it to your game
