I always thought he'd be a great fit for Smash... But it'll never happen.

I guess he'd be similar in weight/floatiness to Wario, have Mewtwo's Shadow Ball. I dunno. I'm not creative.

Lightweight with really slow falling speed and lots of jumps. It would be able to inflict passive damage and cripple opponents, but wouldn't have much in the way of launching ability.
