Due to 4chan culture, they will mock you when you post your body, but know that you are there to try and make a change for yourself. You know already that it's unhealthy, let them know you are there for guidance.
Now there is your face. You have noticeable acne that should be taken care of. Luckily it can be taken care of easily through a routine in the morning and night done alongside brushing teeth. You just need to remember these basic steps:
1) Cleanser, apply this by washing your face with a rag soaked in hot water, or while taking a hot shower.
2) Astringent: Apply this once you are out of the shower.
3) Moisturizer: Don't overdo it, extra amounts in extra dry places may be needed.
You may also need some Exfoliator to remove dead skin or blemishes. Just remember to APPLY IT FIRST if you use it, and you don't even need to use Exfoliator every day, just once every 2-3 days.
Just do this and then you will have extra smooth skin and no problems with acne if you do it every day like brushing your teeth.
Then there is hair management. Although I see no noticeable body/facial hair, just remember when shaving, you need hot water and should generally be done after applying facial cleaning products so that shit doesn't burn. Also your hair looks greasy, you need to shower every day or at the very least every other day. Apply shampoo everyday and conditioner every other day. Volumizing shampoos/conditioners work bests for longer hair. Whether you want to get a haircut or not is up to you, but I recommend it for your length.
Thirdly there is your attire. You should only go shopping for clothes once you've lost weight so that you don't have to keep... (2/3)
