All fully evolved Dragons are above 485 BST, and most of them are very usable.
For comparison: the lowest fully evolved fighting type has a BST of 410, and they don't really start to become good till ~500BST (Hawlucha/Heracross)

Druddigon is ass.

Dragons don't become good until 540ish bst. Flygon is ass. Kingdra is niche. Goodra is ass.

Druddigon isn't ass. Glare, Stealth Rock, and a non 4x weakness are great to go with Rocky Helmet Rough Skin.

Flygon is niche, considering it's the best defogger in the game hazard-wise. Goodra is niche considering it hard-counters some of the biggest threats in the game.
