Pic related, my favorite TM is Fissure from Gen 1. After that probably Zap Cannon in Gen 2.

Water gun, just because I think it's hilarious that it was one.

Gameplay wise it's Ice Beam/Flamethrower/Thunderbolt because I still prefer prefect accuracy over more damage
