Parabolic Charge for Joltik/Galvantula.

It states right in Joltik's X Dex entries that Joltik latches on to larger beings and absorbs electricity from them, which is exactly what Parabolic Charge does.

That's not how it works. Power Trick Swaps Attack and Defense, not Attack and Special Attack. It would be cool if it did do that, though.

I came up with the idea while playing Shuffle, oddly enough, and thought about Skiddo/Gogoat and Horn Leech. That led to the Joltik line.

Would Parabolic Charge really help Galvantula, though?
