A kangaskhan that hatches outside of the pouch, generally by something happening to the mother, develops into a cubone. Would make sense, wouldn't it? Although perhaps cubone and charmander were related, but it was a development from heat of an area altering development. By which I mean, if the egg is kept hot by the parent, it went to charmander, if it was cold, which considering they have a god damn fire on their ass likely means the parent died, it would be a cubone.
