I need some advice about managing movesets, i am playing gen 1 again and i already planned what mons i am going to use (i used a randomizer for variety sake) but i have no idea of what kinds of moves i should keep or not and how i can make my mons work well as a team.
should i focus on making every single one of them strong individually by using their unique moves for their own advantage? Should i focus certain pokemon on "debuff" just so i can switch to other ones who would finish the job for them? Should i give them a good variety of moves to make sure they aren't going to get fucked by type differences? Or should i focus on their individual types to make them as effective as possible under right circumstances?

I am not going to deal with double battles or competitive play so i have no idea of what to do.
