Oblivious (immune to taunt)/Thick Fat (additional bulk. Would pair well with landorus because 8x resistance to Ice)
Belly Drum
Ice Shard
Aqua Jet

The only positive gain would be Dewgong learning Belly Drum through breeding and Walrein learning Ice Shard, so both exchange their niches beside the same old and extreme dual-OHKO set with Rest Talk.

The problem would be still the fact that defensively is pretty bad, penalized by rocks and relatively weak priorities even at +6, mediocre speed too and in case it realies on Salac Berry it will most likely have to deal with Sucker Punch coinflips or non-OHKO +6 priorities allowing the opp to revenge kill it. Pretty balanced for a drummer tho but Azumarill, Slurpuff, Linoone, Snorlax and Chesnaught all have better conditions for such sets.

I think Poliwag learning Aqua Jet would force its evos to jump higher than Dewgong.
