Here's an idea:
Competitive field affect:
There's a 50% chance the wild Pokémon will be tougher than the leading Pokémon. (IV-wise)
This kills Synchronizers but I'd rather breed a perfect Pokémon with Competitive, put it on front and SR ~50 times for right nature than the ~4000 times you need now for right IVs.
