Ctrl+Z is your friend. Sometimes, I redo the same line well over ten times until I get it just right. Don't be afraid to spam it either.
Also, I use Paint Tool Sai, which I think is much better than Photoshop, the popular program. You might want to give it a go, I fell in love with it when I first tried, unlike my unadulterated hatred for Ps.
You can also practice doing curvy stuff separately. Try to have practice "goofing around" drawings, you won't feel as bad if you don't get it right, and it's useful experience for when you want to make serious drawings later on.
