you don't invoke a god that only sought to create then sit back and fondly regard its creation.
Even if it did have helpful acts attributed to it, and was treated as a being to worship, it would be as head of a pantheon, like Baal, or Zeus, or Odin, considering just how many other reality-warping beings it birthed (like the Titans).
You may address them when speaking to the whole, assuming your pantheon is an organized one (the pokemon one does not seem to be. though individual regions seem to have hierarchies of sorts.) perhaps you would, but mostly you treat them as any other pantheistic god, invoking them when doing something related to the task at hand: Thor, give me strength. Athena, give me wisdom. Osiris, take my soul. Ashur, bring us fertility. Hachiman, steady my sword that I may bring honor to you. Tlazolteotl, guide my cock.
Pantheons work on domains. There are things a god is known for doing or caring about, their little area of reality, and that's what you come to them for. And why you make sure to worship as many as you can, so you don't have any of them on your bad side when you do need something from them. And if things are going bad, well then you must have dissatisfied them somehow, and you must prove how nice you are to them, and how loyal you are, and how pitiable you are that they should have mercy on you, often with mimicry or penance rituals, or sacrifices (livestock, monetary, or human), or louder lipservice until they finally relent. And they can be fickle, them gods. Who even knows what sets them off sometimes? They say nothing, give no commands, you are simply to guess and grovel until they change their mind (almost like having a girlfriend).
No, they most definitely would not have the same kind of speech patterns and associations as those of a monotheistic culture.
