Venusaur would look awkward.
Typhlosion doesn't even have legs.
Feraligatr has little going for it when it comes to gameplay ideas.
Meganium... kek.
Swampert? Same as Blastoise and to a lesser extent Feraligatr.
Empoleon don't really have anything going for it.
Infernape could work, but we already have a shitload of fire starters.

Greninja is obviously getting in, no need to argue here.
Chesnaught is the worst offender, being clumsy and awkward looking with no real gameplay potential. Can't even realistically jump with that shitty ass shell and its tiny legs.
So basically, out of all of these only two works, and one of them is guaranteed.
