A Mega Evolution that is slower (read: worse) than the base form and has a worse ability

Mega Garchomp is a sidegrade rather than a straight upgrade like most Megas

Garchomp has always been a pretty popular Pokemon since Gen 4, and it and Lucario are Cynthia's aces
