ITT: Take an absolute shitmon with a horrid design and make it a "I swear it was always my favorite" premier OU mon with a few simple changes.

This one, give it "Gale Beams" as a hidden ability. Makes all Beam moves priority.

It has 3 possible abilities. In such a scenario you could just replace one of the other two to keep Competitive.
