The more I think about it, the more I'd want to see Hydreigon in the game. It'd be such a fucking awesome choice.

Something to note is, 4 remaining slots is with the current CSS. We may get more. In fact, likely will due to expanding the CSS further. Also at least 1 (to my knowledge) pokemon is Wii U exclusive, and that CSS is the arcade one, so unless there's arcade exclusive pokemon, then we'll get more than just 4.

Not him, but he's technically right, however it's something so insignificant that by even stating it as a con, it becomes overstated.

Tyranitar is a pokemon with great stats, movepool, and just raw power and presence overall, but it has a number of weaknesses that make it flimsy in bad situations (namely its low speed before setup and a large number of weaknesses). That's it's natural balance premise. Over the years of the metagame naturally changing, it's taken some nerfs pretty much every gen (addition of close combat/more fighting types, speed creep, sand nerf, fairies). None of these were damning in the least, just slight ticks.

However, it's still easy OU. It went from being top tier OU for 3 gens to now being roughly mid/high tier OU.
