They're making two new Misty figures this year (one for the games like the Brock one, and another anime one), and they made Serena figures but still no May ones.

An in-box Dawn just sold for 5500 yen a couple days ago, on yahoojapan auctions. Even with middleman fees, it wouldn't come anywhere close to $250
