Would anyone happen to have a .sav file for Pokemon Soul Silver (U) with 16 badges and a Pokemon with Fly on it?

Need my Rotom to change form in my hard copy Platinum game but don't have a Secret Key, so I was gonna trade it to my R4 Soul Silver and change form there, then trade back.
