That stat spread is broken. How about:

255-255 (+0)
10-10 (+0)
10-60 (+50)
75-135 (+50)
135-135 (+0)
55-55 (+0)

With this spread she's no longer restricted to Seismic Toss and Toxic as ways to deal damage and has a different set than Chansey/Blissey

It's got the Primals' BST, insane bulk, an acceptable movepool, and a great speed tier. I don't see how it could not be ubers. Definitely top tier OU.
