The current CSS we have, where anons have been manually filling out the slots is from the arcade port. People fill in the CSS with Garchomp, Mewtwo, Braixen and Libre, who are all Wii U exclusive, giving us 4 characters left.
But unless the arcade version has 4 exclusive fighters (which is unlikely), then that mean we should have 8 character slots left to fill out still.
