I appreciate that one of the chess pieces is a Nidoking, the symbol on the football helmet is the Flame Badge, and one of the advertisements in Tokyo (or wherever) is for MooMoo Milk.

I had low as fuck expectations because I thought they were going to advertise that shitty phone app thing and they didn't even fucking do that. This was such a waste of money Pokemon isn't at the stage where they need to spend millions to remind people it still exists. Such a disappointing ad.
