Lopunny is Playboy bunny: the pokemon. Her Mega only makes it even more obvious.
Medicham is some sort of monk. Monks generally are male. His Mega even wears a turban, which is pretty much a male only headwear. I don't see how it fits the "obvious waifu" category.
