This is The storyteller. Don't be frightened by his outward appearance, he only wishes to tell you a tale of old. A tale in particular which you play a role in and affect directly.

As per tradition, first responder decides the fate of our group and moves the story forward. Unless the storyteller deems it a critical point in the story, then a majority rule amongst all responders will be chosen.
