What if in the Kalos remake (if there is one) the story is based on the French Revolution? Give depth and some actual reason to Team Flare to abolish the Pokemon League or some government Kalos may have. Maybe split up the region and friendgroup into people who support this and those who dont. And hero + snake come at the end to save the day and keep Kalos from a civil war.

If not this what story/changes would redeem Kalos???
