Here's some advice.
The fonts used are Bebas Neue and 04b_18. Use colors for the text that match the character and don't forget to add a short blurb at the bottom.
If you're using photoshop use the Stumpy Pencil V2 brush as it matches the linework of the other princesses. If you have GIMP just try to get or use a similar brush. Use the eyedrop tool on other characters and slowly modify them from there to get fitting colors if you are having troubles with coloring.
Also, if you're using GIMP make sure to uncheck stuff on the text settings as it might ruin the font's kerning by default.
All the things I listed are what the original drawfag used so it's not really optional if you want to mimic his style.
Here's some crucial stuff and my honest opinion of your idea.
Towergirls honestly only got as far as it did because one or two good artfags fell in love with the idea and brought /v/'s idea to life. With fringe ideas like this it's important that your stuff at least looks good or it will just be cringe.
The Towergirl's template you're using fits towergirls and its themes but not pokemon. Honestly, you should make your own template with its own stats, look, and style.
Please make your own chart dude don't just rip Gat's stuff. Even the princesses that I drew were only supposed to be on a fan chart. I have no idea what they're doing in that image you added shoops to.
