Anon, at that level an OHKO move is pretty much a guaranteed hit. Only way to stop those fucks is to OHKO them before they do so to you.

The Maison is the utmost of bullshittery. A Walrein's Quick Claw activated on my +3 KickenMcChickn and OHKO'd with Fissure. Activated on a Jolly Garchomp and Fissure hit again. Then miraculously Quick Claw activated a 3rd time and Sheer Cold hit a Gengar. This was when I discovered No Brakes and have returned the bullshit in spades

I run No Guard Machamp and I've only ever encountered an OHKO move against me--and they used it on my Milotic. The maison is funny sometimes.

I was once playing pokemon X and a passerby with a name that was something like xDarkMasterx challenged me to battle. Holy shit it was awful. All his team were legends and lucario and they all had Naruto nicknames. At first I thought "this is going to be easy" but I got every possible bad outcome you can get with the RNG and he beat me, and then he shouted out 'GIT GUD'

I literally turned off my 3DS and didn't touch it until the next day
