Does anyone even remember this pokemon exists? I don't see it being mentioned anywhere. No one has Fearow as their favorite pokemon. When people discuss shitmons, no one remembers this one. When people discuss forgettable pokemon, no one remembers Fearow.
What the point of this poor being existence?

i always use in a RBY/FrLg run up until like the 6th gym. It's fun to use early game but not the best. And not forgettable. Totally not relevant in the meta but still not terrible.

It's one of my all-time favourites, and I wish it didn't suck so much and that there was any reason to use it.
Oh well, at least I hatched a shiny Spearow in AS some time ago which now serves as my flier and my shouldermon.

It should be in more Dexes to make it less forgettable. It has only been in the 3 Dexes. Two of which were the Kanto and Johto Dexes and in the 3rd one it's a dropping down Pokémon at one spot in Victory Road only.
Or give it a Mega.

Also not everything angry and mean is Dark type, otherwise Ursaring and Granbull would also be Dark.

The trouble with Fearow is it's just a worse Dodrio (Back then), you can say that Fearow nowadays have Drill Run, U-Turn and Sniper to differentiate itself but Dodrio was designed to be a better Fearow from the get go.

>Slightly physically bulkier
>20 more points in Attack
>Learns Drill Peck earlier

Since it's just a run-of-the-mill Pokémon, is not that it's forgotten, people just don't care to talk about it.

What the fuck. Why isn't Primeape part Dark, then? Its all about mindless thrashing and chasing people down until it catches them. Not even prey, just anyone for the hell of it cause it's evil.
And why is Absol Dark? Because it was branded as such by people? It serves as a warning before catastrophes, if anything its a life-saver.

Why are Sharpedo, or shit, even Crawdaunt Dark? They don't do anything especially awful. Crawdaunt is basically Kingler, and Sharpedo is just a predator. Even Mightyena is just a canine with normal carnivore behaviour.
What qualifies them to be Dark? None of them destroys villages in rampages.

Crawdaunt, Sharpedo, and Mightyena have Dark magic.

What makes a Dark type is being Dark typed.
Thats it.
Growlithe is a red dog but it has fire powers. Mamoswine is a mammoth built to resist the cold, yet it can control ice and be shattered by fists and rocks as if it were ice itself. Mawile is a cursed woman but in the pokemon, is made of metal.
If Crawdaunt is a lobster with the powers of evil aura, then so be it.
This also means pokemon like Luxray, Raticate and Fearow are just as qualified to be Dark as well.
I personally want Dark/Normal Raticate so its not just another Normal piece-of-shit early rodent and also gets STAB Crunch
