Well, all the movies are pretty much canon, EXCEPT the Victini ones, which contradict not only each other, but the main series as well. However, they pretty much amount to filler.

Nah, that's been outright retconned now due to how universes work in the dragonball universe.
If there was a universe where they could exist it would have to be universe 6 and we know already that the differences are too great for them to happen.

Lots of shit in the anime isn't canon to the manga, but still fits into the anime continuity and gets referenced later.
The movies, on the other hand, were never meant to fit into any overall story at all.

I don't think there's ever been an instance in Dragonball where non-canon materials are referenced more than an episode after their original appearance.
