I live in Japan.
If I ever go into a game center I play it at least one time before I leave. Usually multiplayer with a friend, and there are always free units. So I don't think it's really a max availability type deal.

Also it is being released soon, right? This is my biggest reason for not playing recently. In my mind, if I will soon be able to play it as much as I want for a flat price, why spend my money at the game center.
