Gentlemen.. how do we fix delibird?

It's a flying/ice type that's sucked balls since it came out. This is inexcusable.

Giving it a BST higher than Aron's would be a good start.
Buff up everything, but especially Special Attack and Speed, and give it Hurricane, and it could be a decent sweeper.

Aside from that, I've got nothing.

I can understand making Farfetch'd a joke, but making Delibird a joke just seems cruel, especially since he's a version exclusive Pokemon, and thus takes up a spot that could have gone to a good exclusive. It's almost as if they're nerfing Silver version for no reason.

I love using delibird with focus sash. It's surprising how often I can use spikes and destiny bond to get a cheap kill.
